At Joie Creations Couture (J.C. Couture), we believe that our customers are our most valuable asset. Therefore, we are committed to respecting your privacy by protecting your information.
All information (name, address, email, credit cards, and other sensitive information) will be kept strictly confidential. Your information will NEVER be sold or shared with a third party. The information you provide us is strictly used to contact you about J.C. Couture products and information regarding your J.C. Couture account. You do not need to create an account in order to browse our site or place an order. It is completely your decision as to whether or not you want to create an account.
J.C. Couture created the “Order Tracking” section on the website to provide you with a free and convenient way to track the progress of your order. The information in your account is strictly confidential and is between you, the customer, and J.C. Couture. It is a password protected area in which you, and only you, will know that information. The J. C. Couture staff does not have access to your password. If you should forget your password for any reason, the J.C. Couture website is setup to provide you with a temporary computer generated password that you can change.
Product Policy
Each product is 100 % handmade and requires time to make sure all details are perfectly in place, so please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. If for any reason you, the customer, is not satisfied with your order, you must return it within two weeks upon delivery for a full refund, at the customer’s expense. There will be no refunds given after the two week period.
The items displayed on this site are available only in the colors shown, unless otherwise stated. Custom orders can be made at the customer’s request, feel free to contact us. Joie Creations Couture worked hard to make sure the colors of the items are presented as best as possible on this website, but depending on your computer settings, the colors of the products may be slightly altered. However, it should not be too drastic of a change between the color of the product in “real life” and its color on this website.
